Advice and support in difficult situations

Counselling

We are here to support you in difficult life and study situations. Your concerns are our focus.

In our counseling center, we do not offer you psychotherapeutic treatment, but we will inform you about the steps you may need to take in order to start a desired therapy.

We offer support on the following aspects:

We accompany you in developing new strategies and ways out of excessive demands and loss of motivation, e.g. exam anxiety, pressure to achieve, or coping with assignments and deadlines.

We use psychological understanding to illuminate various aspects of your situation. In doing so, we adopt new perspectives in order to develop individually coherent options for action.

We offer help in coping with emotionally stressful life situations and strengthening your individual resources.

We also give advice on social and financial issues.

If it is a video advice, we will send you all the necessary information and access data in advance. Please feel free to contact the consulting team if you have any questions.

  • What happens after the first consultation?

Further appointments serve to work on your consulting goals. The number of counseling appointments is individual, depending on your counseling concerns, but limited.

For personal difficulties that fall within the scope of a mental health diagnosis, we offer support in taking steps toward psychotherapeutic treatment.
